Copyright and Print Information:

The Capturing Hopes affiliated photographer will email a beautifully edited photo gallery of images from your child’s session free of charge to you. All photos are high resolution and can be downloaded and printed by anyone that you allow to access the gallery. You will also receive a print release allowing you unlimited printing rights for those photos. Capturing Hopes and/or the affiliate photographer remains the sole copyright owner of the photos and must be credited in any promotional medium that the photos are used, including but not limited to: news articles, online blogs, magazines, hospital promotions, news media stories, business promotions, and photo competitions. Capturing Hopes must give written permission for any photos to be used in any of these mediums and must have knowledge prior to use. Please sign below indicating that you understand both the copyright and printing rights included with your photo session.

I hereby give permission for the Capturing Hopes affiliated photographer to photograph both my child and any family members present during the session each time that I set up a scheduled session with one of their Hope Photographers.

This must be agreed to prior to your child's session with a Capturing Hopes affiliate photographer.

Social Media and Marketing Permissions

Capturing Hopes and the affiliate photographer reserves the right to use all photography for marketing and training purposes on social media, website, and printed use. This also includes providing a sneak peek on our Facebook page and Instagram page directly following your photo session with our affiliate photographer. No family or baby names are used at any time when using for marketing in any way, except in special circumstances with express and written permission from the mother or father. Sneak peeks can be found on the Capturing Hopes Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as on the affiliate photographer's own social media business page(s).

Capturing Hopes receives donations from several different generous companies. These donated items are used for our events and sessions, and are given to families to keep. Donations include costumes, tutus, bowties, blankets, hairbows, hats, flower wreaths, holiday props, and many other items. If you would like to give permission for the company who donated the item(s) given to your baby to use those photos for marketing on their social media and website, please sign below. Companies include, but are not limited to: Sewing for Babies, Preemies of the Carolinas, The Cuddles Company, Bebe Bows and Bands, Ronald McDonald House, and others.

IMPORTANT: Please share this form with other NICU parents in your child's unit. Often our photographers travel a great distance to get to the hospital and they prefer to photograph more than one baby while there if possible. Sharing is Caring and we want more families to be able to take advantage of our services while their baby is in the NICU. Thank you for sharing!

Please be patient as we find you a photographer. Though we do look for a photographer in your area, there is no guarantee that we will find one to donate a session. Once we receive this form, we will let hope photographers in your area know about your request. At no time should a photographer ask for payment from you for any session related to Capturing Hopes. This is a free session and can be requested once every two weeks via this form. Thank you!
