Capturing Hopes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing comfort and connection through photography for families in women’s and children’s hospitals nationwide. Our specialized programs, Capturing Preemies, Kids, Mamas, and Loss, offer compassionate support at every stage, from the NICU journey to moments of loss. With a strong commitment to safety, our highly trained photographers ensure that every moment is captured with care and respect. We capture and preserve priceless memories, bringing light and hope to families during their most challenging times.

Our NICU photography program has been going strong since 2013 with professional photography volunteers nationwide. This program works well for NICU units that want to take their free support programs for families to another level.

Generally implemented alongside our Capturing Preemies Program, our professional maternity photographers offer a free photo session for any mamas who are on bedrest in the hospital as they await their new baby's arrival.

Our loss program is best implemented in the NICU and Labor Delivery units of Women's Hospitals. We will help you bring your photography during infant loss to the level of professionalism your families deserve by equipping your staff with the tools needed.

Soon to come! Our Capturing Kids program will launch in 2025 and will provide studio and documentary style professional photography for kids going through a long term hospital stay in Children's Hospital units. Stay tuned for all of the excitement coming soon!
